I got a kick out of a comment i got when i called John McCain " Melanoma Man " well i just have to say, Melanoma Man is one of my new super heroes and i have used that line before when describing my action hero John Wayne McCain and let me tell you pilgrim hes no John Wayne and he is no hero as a senator and his tenor as a senator, Mr i didn't take any PORK, No of course i didn't, i already cost this country a great deal of money during the banking scandal and i walked away because I'm John Wayne McCain and my super hero identity is Melanoma Man and I'm real maverick of the senate and i say, The only maverick is the American people and you have been riding them a long time and I'm getting saddle sore and your burrs being kicked into my side are starting to hurt with every vote your cast.
Lets not forget your voting record and just see some of his votes this year and see what Melanoma Man has cast them on and we didn't really get much of a choice in the election, Melanoma Man or Mr, I hate America , I'm a Communist.
Sarah Palin was the only bright spot because they had to hide the idiot Joe Dimwit Bidden and keep him away from the mike and when you think about putting Barry, John and Joe together holy smokes Batman it is the Riddler, Mr Freeze and the Joker, So, Riddle me this, Riddle me that, What will Barry pull next out of him hat?

I wrote a blog a week or so ago called Kennebunk Police Department Violates Peoples Civil Rights and i told you about two business in Town one was called Stefano's and the other, the Irish pub and i talked about how the police would park in front of these places to intimidate the customer that went in to them. Now by know means what so ever do i condone drinking and driving not by anyone even the police so with that said, I will lay out the best i can what happened but before i do, I am sick and tired of having my children and my civil rights violated and watching other people civil rights being violated.
I have been accused for years by the people of this town of being a child molester and not just any child molester but a child molester that molested his own kids and out of that they accuse me of being a homosexual because of it and the parasites in the town hall and police and fire department have been doing this for years and i have grown quite tired of it and it has cost me a lot in jobs and places to live and i am fed up and i went to the town hall to complain about it to the town manger and he played dumb and that was a stupid thing to do on his part because if there is one thing in this world i can't stand and that is a liar and let me tell you Mister this guy is a flat out liar and when i confronted these ba$tards they say, what people say that Tim we have never heard that and i say, i have name and plenty of proof and i am sick and tired of it and your fire department and your police department have been saying it for years and it is going to stop.
I also tell him, I am sick and tired of watching you people violate people civil rights and your police department has been doing it for years and like any good liar he say, Tim were is your proof and i say, your police department stocked Stefano's and the Irish pub and would park in front of them and across the street to intimidate people that went in there so they would close and it is funny how the Irish pub was turned down on permits they where trying to get but as soon as there out of business a guy that works for the Fire Department was able to get the permits and i don't see your police department stocking Duffy's and parking out front of there place like you did the Irish pub or Stefano's and i left.
A night later i was home at night it was my night off and i get up to move around after sitting to long and i have a habit of looking out the widow because i have always enjoyed watch the traffic drive by and i look and what do i see but a car parked across the street.
Now these bastards can come after me all they want because what can you do to a man that has been robbed already of years with his kids and years of having to move or not having a normal conversation and no social interaction with any body for years and it sounds like prison to me.
I have no legal recourse what so ever because the real people i would love to sue are protected by laws that protect them and not my children or me and as far as these bastards in Kennebunk goes it is funny how you all wanted to talk and spread your lies but as soon as you parasites get confronted you don't want to talk anymore and you want to play he said she said games and i get a kick out of it, how you had no problem shooting your mouths off and all of a sudden you cowards don't want to own up to what you have said and done.
I have be wanting to do this for years and the only thing stopping me was the ages of my children and now they are full grown man and the pedophiles at the Maine court system and school department can't get at them anymore it is time for Tim to fight back and fight back i will because like i said i have had enough and if you pedophiles in the State government want to do something change all the law the protect you and the courts and the police and the teacher and lets have our day in court but you ba$tard our cowards and you you rather sacrifice my children and my once family on your alter to save your system.
Well no more will i put up with it and i will expose you people you people every chance i get and you can't do anything to threaten anymore because i have nothing left and i mean i have nothing but my life and that doesn't belong to you it belongs to Christ and I am sealed by his blood.
If anyone reading this would like to check you will not find my name on any list as being a pedophile but that has not stopped them of making accusing statements and i confronted the Kennebunk library and a lot of people as of late because like i said I am sick and tired and now i am enemy number one well so what because all the business in town have employee that are not talking anymore because the places they work are liable for there actions and this is a small town with a lot of money and i could careless about your filthy money and how does money give me back the things i have lost, It doesn't and I tell this not for me but for someone out there that maybe going throw some hard times and doesn't have the benefits that i do, There is a God and he has a son and his name is Jesus and if i didn't know Christ i wouldn't have been able to keep turning the other cheek, well I'm not turning anymore because i only have two and there all used up and that day has passed and the day to stand up and be counted is here and if you need strength go to the one real Alpha Male go to God and you will know what a real Alpha Male is and it's not these parasites with a badge and your town officials that try to use intimidation, God is love and he wants the best for you and your Officials want what is best for them and would rather sacrifice you and your family to get what they want and God sacrificed his son to get what he wanted, YOU.
He put his own son on the alter to sacrifice for you and your Government will put you on there alter to save there system and you wonder why God is Great and your government are full of parasites.

I was listening to the Mark Levin show tonight and he played a sound clip of John McCain defending Barry and the crowd booing him and this man makes me sick, he has for years and tonight it is to a new level.
I just tried to find the video of his comments for my page and i was watching a video and had to shut it off, I could feel the tuna roll i had eaten, want to come back up, I haven't felt this sick since he was sitting with Susan Collins after the Stimulus package.
I can't for the life of me see why this man acts this way and what makes a man like this tick, It is be on me how someone with the family history that this man has could act this way and i tried to sit throw another one and i had to shut that one off and it is hard to look at this man and i can't stand Barry and i had my cable shut off just so i wouldn't have to look at him and now McCain has effected me on the internet and where will i go?
It is a sad state of affairs that these people are allowed to be in office and Melanoma Man has got to retire before he becomes Ted Kennedy and really makes a Chappaquiddick type mistake and let us not forget Mary Jo Kopechne who died because of Senator Kennedy careless in actions and McCain you could top it with your politics and your gross lack of standards, when it comes to defending the Constitution and your vote on obamacare could kill thousands of the citizens of the United States of American and taking a right as important as taking care of ones own life, it's not yours to take, It was given to us by God and what right do you have to be even supporting or even be debating this issue, when what it involves is taking a way rights that were given to us by God and The Constitution, something you have sworn to up hold and you make light of what has been exposed as flat out lies by Barry and his posy from Chicago and you do it with a straight face and you talk like your on the Campaign trail again.
You lost by a good margin and if it wasn't for Sarah Palin, you would have really gotten your clocked cleaned and you may want to do your state a favor and retire, a long with Snowe and Collins, The wicked witches of the northeast and do your country the greatest service and don't run again.
We are living in a time when a person like you is a liability and your in the way and you need to step aside and give Sarah the praise she deserves and say your sorry for the way you have treated her, then and now.
You should have been a man, the night you lost and thanked her for the work she did in helping you and that with all humility you wouldn't have done that will without her and in my eyes you may have gained but no more after watching you on those clips as far as this whole blog goes , It goes in the Hall Of Shame.

Staying true to talking about living in a police state, you have to talk about speed traps and talk more about them violating your civil rights.
There is a road in Wells Maine and the road is called route 109 and it is where you exit or get on the turnpike and it is a heavily traveled road and a major pain to drive on because cops pull you over for no reason, they make up stuff so they can pull you over and they do this all the time and if you take a look at there books it would show I'm right and the road is also a speed trap road because of the amount of speed changes it has on it so if your new to the area or visiting Pay attention to your speed and don't go on that road at night because there just going to pull you over and give you a hard time so save yourself the aggravation and stay of that road as much as possible.
I use to own this GEO metro and it was a piece of crap and i drove it from Kennbunk to Wells where i was living at the time in this apartment building was on 109 and my car over heated all the time and it was going to cost a lot to get it fixed and the water would last long enough for me to drive home and the car by the time i got to my house would barely do 35 miles an hour.
I made that car as close to perfect so they wouldn't have a reason to pull me over, I made sure the license plate was straight and crinkle free and all the bells and whistle were working, i would check the car every day before i left work or home because like i said, your going to be pulled over and there going to make up stuff , so do everything you can to make sure you have something to fight back with in court, that's even if the judge believes you, because the court system takes the word of a cop over you and you are guilty until you prove, you are innocent and innocent people don't get arrested in a police state.
With all that said, come take a ride home with me from work, I would leave work and go down High street which changes to the Branch brook rd and off the Branch Brook rd, there is a road call, the meeting house road and that road leads to 109 and you turn right at the end of meeting house road and your on 109 and you drive about a mile, give or take and your going over the rail tracks but it is late at night and you see that this poor person has fallen victim to the Wells police department and you notice your car is over heating and your just glad to get home and you think, I can't get pulled over because my car can't break the speed limit and the cop is busy with that poor guy but you couldn't have been more wrong, The cop is done with that poor guy and you know, He is going to pull you over and on come the blues and your like crap, If i stop here my car is going to die and I'm going to be in a world of hurt so close to my home so you say, the hell with it and you keep on going a few hundred yards to your house because you have done nothing wrong and they have no right to pull you over.
The first words out of the cops mouth was, You were going to run and you look at the cop , Mr Observant, How would i do that with a car that is over heating and i can't break the speed limit and all my lights work and you just got done pulling someone over and just got in the car and turned on your blues before i had even passed you,Well your license plate is crooked, sorry but it isn't more then an 1/8 inch out of level and i know because i put a level on it, to make sure you couldn't pull me over , I wont bore you with the rest of what happened, I only gave you this story to make a point of how the cops operate in a police state and to show you how our court system allow this kind of injustice to continue and they are just another step in a police state, so if you come to Wells Maine and you have to drive down route 109, Be warned your going to be pulled over.

We all have stories to tell when it comes to having the police pulling stuff on you and ending up being the victim of theirs and living in a police State i figure why not share a story with you and about one of my favorite times.
I work in a convenience store and i have to be careful and i realize that i have a responsibility not only to the place i work but to the customers that walk through the door that they will be safe.
I spend a good deal of time looking in the cameras, watching the parking lot and just staying observant to things going on around me, I notice this SUV parked across the street and it stuck out to me because every window in it was blacked out so you couldn't see anything and all the identification marks was taken off the vehicle and the license plat was covered with a tan plastic cover so you couldn't see the plate, It really stuck out after that and i was paying a lot of attention to it.
You see at that time the cops were pulling everyone with tinted window over and tell them they had to take it off and the customers were complaining about it and to see one that way, well it caught my eye.
The store became empty and the SUV pulls out of the gas station across the street were it had been just parked looking straight at the store and he is going real slow as to pull in.
Well this other car pulls in and the SUV going real slow decided to keep on driving and i keep watching as he drove off, the customer see the SUV and remarks it wont be long before he gets pulled over and i agree and as the customer is leaving and we see it again and he is going real slow and the customer say do you want me to hang out a while and i said no that's alright someone just pulled in out back and they left and the SUV pulls back in to the gas station next store and parks facing the store, so by this time i smell something fishy, just had a bad feel about it and every time a customer would leave the SUV would pull out, slow down to come in and a customer would pull in and they would slowly drive off and the customer were even starting to notice this, we live in a small town and you come to know people cars and one like that sticks out.
This went on for some time and i decided i had a responsibility to my customers safety and i call the police and i give them a description of the SUV and they said they would take a look and you see them drive by but no SUV and I'm thinking this is weird they can't find some vehicle like that after all the pull overs of vehicles that look like that.
Now you have to understand that this had been going on for quite sometime and i was wondering what was going on and the cops finally show up and say they can't find it and am i sure i saw, what i saw, so i say i have it on film and they left and a while later the SUV pulls back in over across the street and i call the police and as I'm talking to them he pulls out and is moving slow like before and he drives off, well a sort time later the same officer and i use that term loosely comes in and he has a big grin on his face and is laugh and say that SUV was a training vehicle for the police cadets and begins to mock me about being nervous so it kinda made me mad and i said to him that cop was nothing but a shocker and look who is scared your wearing a bullet prof vest and you have a gun and i have you to call when i need help and he got mad and left.
Some time passes and my night is about over and that SUV pulls into the yard and that cadet walks in and walks over to the ice cream cooler and gets a ice cream and brings it to the counter and he has a grin on his face and he goes to open his mouth and i let him have it on how that vehicle he was driving around in was illegal and that he was nothing but a glorified shocker and the smile was leaving his face as he was walking out the door.
As i was writing this two of Kennebunks finest are playing there intimidation games outside my widow by parking in the middle of the road in front of my apartment and i live on main street and that means they where blocking the street and they stayed long enough so i would hear them out there but there just doing there job keeping the town safe well i ask you this who keeps us safe from them and there intimidation.
I understand that we need police to keep us safe but who keep us safe from them and when police openly mock you for trying to keep your customer safe that is a line you don't cross but in a police state there are no lines that they wont cross and it is only going to get worse.

In my last blog, I told you about a Connecticut cop who came to Kennebunk and was allow to drive dunk and not be arrested for it and the injustice i feel about it.
There is a police officer who works for the Kennebunk police department and he has the misfortune of living in Wells the next town over from Kennebunk and he got pulled over one night and arrested for drinking and driving and you say, Tim see there is justice and that cop got busted for drinking and driving so what are you complaining about.
The reason that officer got pulled over in the first place is because he is black, The rest was window dressing and everyone knew he got pulled over because he was black and they had to cover there tracks.
I hate even bring this one up because i really like the guy, he is a nice guy that didn't deserve what happened to him as far as cops goes he is top notch.
There is a guy who works at a bank in town he has been pulled over more time then he can count and one night he was pretty mad about it and i said whats wrong and he said i got pulled over again and i said why would they pull you over, everyone know you clean the bank at night and they should know who you are, not thinking about his skin color, by the way he is from Africa and has become a American citizen and a hell of a nice guy despite the fact that he is a Obama supporter.
They keep pulling him over because he is black and it isn't right and it is that kind of injustice that need to be addressed.
There is a school teacher in town that grow up in New York City and every once in awhile he goes back and visits and he tells me about going back for a visit and gets pulled over and he was pulled over for being black and he knew it and the cop was giving him a bunch of crap and this gentleman got sick of it and started dropping names and the cop shout up and let him go.
This school teacher does have flaws, He first is a Obama supporter and he is a New York Giants fan and one of the things he does got going for him, He is a rabid Mets fan and hates the Yankee and a fun guy to talk sports with accept after the super bowl, he didn't rub it in and i don't know if i would have been that nice..lol..
I understand we need police officers and we need to be protected from people that would rather do harm then good but who protects us from them and there lack of morals on the job and the flat out intimidation they try to infect on people because they have a badge.

The Kennebunk police department a few weeks ago allowed a drunk driver go free after finding out he was a Connecticut police officer.
One rule for them and one rule for us, they have been doing illegal searches on people for a long time now and it is getting old.
The Maine court system is a joke and they tell these people when they protest about it being a illegally search and they have rights, The cops laugh at them and say, who is the judge going to believe, me or you and go ahead and do it anyways.
They have been doing this for years, They have made some of the kids in town have bad records and later on in life it will effect them and they could careless,
Some of these kids because of there immaturity and there home life, end up in more trouble because of the laws in Maine that the cops can legally stock them and of cause being young and stupid the kids do something and get in to more trouble.
What the practice of the Kennebunk police is to add as many charges as they can on someone and make there problem worse.
There were two business in Town one was called Stafonos and the other, the Irish pub, The cops would park across the street from these places so they could intimidate the people coming out of them.
I am a witness to these events and i would like to know what are the procedure for covering that up, But i forgot, who is the judge going to believe, me or them of course it will be them.
I work in a store in town and i had a gentleman come into my work to tell me the cops arrested him the other night and the Officer said if you tell me Tim is selling booze to minors, I will let you go and he said that i wasn't to his knowledge and that he wasn't going to say, I was, so he could go free and the cop arrested him.
The gentleman was nice to come in and do that so i called up to say something about it to the cop and he addmited it and told me what was i going to do about it, so i went down there to talk to someone about it and the cop was rude and threatened to throw me out and end the digestions.
I cant do anything about this kind of violation of my rights because one i am poor and two, who is the judge going to believe them or me? them.
Maine has passed laws now that if you fight any legal action and you lose, you pay double so because of the money, people have to allow there rights to be violated because the judges believe the cops and not the people, but i forget, innocence people don't get arrested, your guilty until you prove yourself innocence, you cant afford a attorney, don't worry we will appoint you one , not telling you, that they wont do a thing to help you because there all friend with each other and they just want to go about there lives not giving a damn about yours.
This is just the first on this subject, but read your papers at home and you will notice a pattern of how these kinds of people operate, the section of your news paper that talk about people getting arrested, look at what they did and see what they got pulled over for and you will notice that they don't get a charge for that one because it was a lie so they could pull them over and violate there rights and i say, Welcome to the police State.
